Includes controlled clinical studies conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the drug for a particular indication or indications in participants with the disease or condition under study and to determine the common short-term side effects and risks.

    Principal Investigator
    • Cackowski, Frank

    Objective:

    Primary Objectives:

    • To demonstrate that at least 75% of patients with metastatic castrate resistant prostate cancer who have progressed on an androgen receptor antagonist whose tumor possess a molecular alteration that is targeted by cabozantinib will be progression-free via PCWG3-modified RECIST 1.1 imaging (i.e. rPFS) after 6 months of cabozantinib therapy

    Secondary Objectives:

    • To assess PSA decline by PCWG3 criteria
    • To assess objective response proportion
    • To measure overall survival (OS)
    • To determine CTC response rate, as defined by conversions from >5 CTCs to <5 CTCs/7.5 mL whole blood and/or conversion from detectable (>0) to undetectable (<0) at 12 weeks
