Fundraising Events at Karmanos Cancer Institute

Event sponsorships provide companies with an opportunity to align with Karmanos Cancer Institute’s mission and enhance reputation through high-visibility recognition. We offer two signature fundraising events hosted by Karmanos each year. These events, which bring together some of the community’s most influential philanthropic leaders and members of our local community who are interested in supporting the work being done at Karmanos. These events, The Hour Media Savor Detroit Showdown and Partners Night, each offer a unique event experience and a variety of exclusive sponsorship opportunities.
Signature Events
The Partners Night continues a wonderful tradition of engaging young philanthropists in the fight against cancer. Each fall the Partners Committee hosts their annual event with the sole purpose of supporting research at Karmanos. With a delicious strolling dinner, signature cocktails, live entertainment and stories of the incredible breakthroughs taking place at Karmanos, this is one evening guests are sure to remember. The generous support of corporate and individual donors along with the hard work of Karmanos volunteers makes these events a great success year after year. Host Your Own Fundraiser
The Karmanos Cancer Institute benefits from individuals, community organizations and businesses that seek ways to get involved in the fight against cancer by hosting their own fundraisers. From golf outings and walks to bake sales and private dinners, hosting your own event offers a great opportunity to support the Institute and get creative.

There is no requirement that you agree to accept fundraising communication from us, and we will honor your request. In addition, we do not sell or share your personal information with other parties. Please allow up to three months to update our records accordingly.
