Dipesh Uprety, M.D., FACP, medical oncologist, member of the Phase I Clinical Trials and Thoracic Oncology Multidisciplinary Teams, and member of the Molecular Therapeutics Research Program at Karmanos, was the lead investigator on a study titled, “Racial and socioeconomic disparities in survival among patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer,” published in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute.
