  • Patient Care & Ethics - The Ethics Committee helps improve health care delivery and patient outcomes.

  • Patient Rights & Responsibilities - As a patient, you have the right and the responsibility to be well-informed regarding the medical care you will receive at Karmanos.

  • Medical Records - A complete inpatient, outpatient surgery or emergency record of each patient's care, treatment and progress is kept in the Medical Records Department.

  • Social Work & Case Management Services - Acting as an integral part of our multidisciplinary teams, our oncology social workers and case managers are available to patients and their families throughout all phases of the cancer journey to help adapt to the stresses related to your diagnosis.
